Design Phase

We are currently in the final design phase. This phase includes:

– Collecting data on the existing conditions of the area
– Developing designs for roadways, sidewalks, gateway features, gathering areas, and other streetscape elements
– Determining locations for streetscape elements
– Developing preliminary cost estimates
– Establishing a preliminary construction phasing schedule
– Right-of-Way Acquisition

The design team has reviewed, evaluated, and refined concepts in the master plan to develop a streetscape design. The results of the traffic analysis, surveys, planning and design work, additional research, and public input will be reflected in the design. After the design phase, the project will move forward with permitting and project construction.
